Many thanks go to Support for the lovely codes that went into making the board so pretty. The plot and town (being that it doesn't actually exist) belong to small town conversation. The verse from the application belongs to Virginia Ellis. Everything else belongs to myself and Ash, unless otherwise state. Nixie (me!) would like to thank Ash for helping put the board together, and our fantabulous members for being fantabulously fantastico.

The Residences

[ ]The Northcote Residence
This house sits just outside of the town. It's a lovely little white house with flower beds all around, and one of those small, inflatable pools out back. It is owned by Taylor Northcote.

[ ]The Forsythe Residence
A two bedroom apartment, with a common living/dining area. Its a loft style, there are no closed off rooms, it's mostly all open. There are a lot of mirrors and windows, decorated in black, white and olive green. The girls have many girly knick-knacks all around. Megan's bed is decorated in purple and black. Liz's is all black and white. The kitchen appliances are all stainless steel and chrome. The bathroom is all in black and white. They have a large plasma screen tv in the living room with a couch and love seat, a coffee table and a few game systems as well.

Stratton

[ ]Stratton Central School (10 sub-boards)
Where the little ones of Stratton go to fill their heads.

00
[ ]The Koffeehaus
Popular with the younger crowd, probably due to their local talent showcase and poetry reading nights.

00
[ ]Wet Painter's
Practically everyone in town knows of Heath Northcote and his daughter Taylor. When you can't paint it yourself, call Wet Painter's. They'll paint your house without breaking your bank — inside or out.

00
[ ]Halifax Auto Repair
Car broke down? Come here to get it fixed. The prices are low, the people are friendly, and the work is efficient. Operated by none other than Adam and Gideon Halifax.

00
[ ]Dagnall & Dagnall Law Firm
There's only one law firm in town. Of course, this is perfectly understandable, considering the fact that there's almost no crime.

00
[ ]Sweet Republic Ice Cream
Another hip place to be, this is where you go to buy ice cream. Nectar of the gods! Anyway, it's quite popular with the various pee-wee and little league teams.

[ ]Farmer's Market
The Farmer's Market. Located on the outskirts of town, this is the best place to go to find vegetables. Huzzah, ears of corn.

00
[ ]Von Grimmelshausen Park
A fairly small park, it's complete with a public pool, swing set, teeter totters, a jungle gym, monkey bars, etc., etc. Pretty much caters to the children and the children at heart.

[ ]Stratton News
This is where the local newspaper is written. Nothing much happens here, either.

00
[ ]St. Aloysius' Church
One of the local churches, this caters to the Catholics. While by no standards is it a cathedral, it's still a fairly beautiful building.

00
[ ]Police Station
This place is equipped with one or two cells that hold the occasional petty criminal. Still, this place is, in general, a joke.

00
[ ]Fire Station
The run-of-the-mill fire station. Complete with several large, shiny, red trucks and a siren that goes off every day at 12:06, without fail. Yes, the fire trucks are shiny. Gotta keep them fire engines clean. Oh, they're clean machines.

00
[ ]Doctor's Office
The local doctor's office. Good for checkups, labwork, shots, and minor emergencies. However, if it's much more than that, you'd better start driving to the next town. Maybe you can make it there in a couple of hours.

00
[ ]Stratton Public Library
A decent-sized public library, filled with quite the selection of books. It also has several computers, as well as a fairly large file of newspaper clippings. Still, it is a small town library, and it probably won't keep absolutely everything on its shelves.

00
[ ]Ó Donnabháin's Pub
Affectionately known as "The Bar" by the various citizens of Stratton, this is where most everyone goes to get schnockered. No one under 21 allowed.

[ ]Patrizio & Giovanni's Pizzaria
Run by a pair of Sicilian immigrants, this is one of the more popular locals for Stratton's youth. After all, what kid doesn't like pizza? However, it's widely rumored that Patrizio and Giovanni are in deep with the mob. Best not to make them angry, just in case.

00
[ ]Post Office
Want to send a letter? This is the place to go.

00
[ ]Stratton First National Bank
For all of your banking needs, there's only one place in town. Here, as the definition of a bank, is where you go to store your cash and/or take out loans.

00
[ ]Liquor Store
Ah, the liquor store. Best friend to all of the local drunks. Except, perhaps, for the bar.

[ ]Stratton Antiques
It's a rare thing when a small town goes without an antique store. And Stratton has never been the sort of town to break tradition.

00
[ ]Stratton Grocers
The local grocery store, as the name indicates. Perfect for all of your grocery needs.
